After your domain has been suspended, we don't know that you have made payment unless you email billing@zwebhostings.com with the payment details. When sending the mail to billing@zwebhostings.com, please ensure you state the domain name in question, as well as the invoice or invoices you paid for. You can also state what service is currently suspended.
